I joined Norland Managed Services from Romec under TUPE with the Post Office contract in 2014 which was soon rebranded to our parent company CBRE.I have played a part in CBRE achieving NSI accreditation in both Security and Fire for my contract and looking to self deliver these services to other contracts.I have 17 direct reports and a network of subcontractors responsible for Fire and Security service and installation in the Northwest, Scotland, Northern Ireland and North Wales covering over sites.ILM5 in Leadership completed in 2016 to add to the ILM3 in Facilities management completed in 2012.
