I am the Head of Enablement for the \"Data & Automation Platforms\" product family within Tech Central at PwC UK. My role is to promote and showcase our internal technologies, so users feel empowered to be curious and innovate. It also involves removing blockers, facilitating global collaboration and ensuring the platforms have great content. These platforms help users to acquire/ingest, wrangle, and visualise data through pipelines, and also to help users save time and effort undertaking internal and client-facing tasks. Whilst many of the specific technologies I work with are proprietary to PwC, I work closely with Tableau, Power BI, Google Apps Scripts (JavaScript), Python (Databricks), UiPath, Azure, Google Cloud Platform.

Hello! I\'m Phil, and I\'ve just started the next chapter of my career with M&G (which also includes what you might have known as \"The Pru\" back in the day). I\'m applying all of my transferrable skills into the world of Financial Services - I now play a senior leadership role when it comes to reporting, oversight and governance of in-sourced, off-shored and out-sourced FS Operations.Before that, I spent 13 years working for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), a \"Big 4\" professional services company. There, I started off as a Management Consultant before branching into Project Management, Programme Management, Leading change, and Technology Service Ownership.My key skills are as follows-Inclusive People Leadership: I have been a Chief of Staff and have been a Line Manager / Career Coach, supporting dozens of people through their professional, personal and pastoral challenges. I can empower UK, near-shore and off-shore teams to be the best they can be, and drive record levels of employee engagement. I have also played a key role on social mobility and junior talent development processes-Business Transformation: I am able to lead operating model transformation from strategy through to execution. I am able to manage complex budgets, drive change, implement Continuous Improvement (CI), reduce costs, create roadmaps, and secure investment through business cases. I have also taken a one-sentence vision into an award-winning, commercially viable and sustainable business capability-Governance, Risk Management & Compliance (GRC), applied to both the professional services and financial services industry. I also spent 6 years as a legal trustee of an amateur rowing club where I fully discharged all of my statutory Charity Commission responsibilities-Problem Solving: I am able to quickly, sensitively and permanently solve urgent technical and people-related challenges that have 7-figure risk impacts-Programme Management: I have an extensive track record of successfully implementing and driving adoption of technology. I have done this for a variety of digital platforms and products.
