Develops backup and recovery strategies and implements them. Operates audio visual equipment for live events. Coordinates audio visual resources with team to support daily events. Assists with basic audio visual equipment requests, procurement, and coordinates basic installs. Troubleshoots AV technologies for help desk calls.
