I have demonstrated a successful career history in the construction industry with 12 years’ experience in estimating and proposals in the Water Utilities sector. During these years, I have gained excellent working knowledge of pricing and quantification methods and commonly used Contract forms and have the ability to articulate commercial and pricing information as well as communicate complicated financial and contractual issues to senior management. I also have very good working knowledge of risk assessment and management, best practice solutions and optimisation of innovative ideas, cost capture and modelling for various clients, and various estimating software packages. I am a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
