In this critical leadership role, I am responsible for planning, forecasting, and reporting related to ServiceNow\'s key customer metrics, including Bookings, Revenue, and backlog/remaining performance obligations. Work closely with Investor Relations and senior leadership to set messaging, including long-term and in-year guidance for investors and analysts. Take responsibility for core reporting and analytics related to customers and bookings. 🤝 Collaborate with teams across sales, finance, accounting, and operations to create and improve systems and processes supporting the forecast, as well as analytics and insights for informed decision-making. Drive automation and enhance existing planning and reporting processes.
