NWI Precision formerly owned by Triumph Group - Precision Components Toronto is a leading solution provider of complex machined products, serving the aerospace, nuclear, and industrial sectors. Self starter Senior Manufacturing Engineer working closely with customer design engineers such as GE Aviation designing and analyzing new components to BEST Practice Manufacturing Engineering standards. Projects comprise T901 US military aerospace program from initial design to completion and production. Task to analyze, plan, determine and create manufacturing processes of high precision nuclear and aerospace components for customers including Organization of Canadian Nuclear Industries (OCNI), Rolls Royce, General Electric Aviation and Bell helicopters. Implement while supporting manufacturing facility with new product implementation providing technical assistance in manufacturing processes, tooling, fixture design and direction to meet OEM standards and requirement. Provide technical support to quality MRB and solutions.
