Phil also assists clients with cross-border transactions, utilizing a deep network of professionals in foreign jurisdictions with whom he has developed strong working relationships.Prior to his focus on the financial services and capital markets industry, Phil developed significant experience representing dentists and physicians in all forms of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and hospital affiliation transactions.
