As a human capital software solutions company our main goal is to make the hiring process simply and easy from \"hello\" to \"you\'re hired\". This is my first full-time position post-college and I have grown a lot in my time here.Performing financial analysis at CareerBuilder with the use of tools such as Excel, Tableau, BPC, and Anaplan have allowed me to develop my skills and broaden my knowledge during my time here. I love taking on more responsibility and making a difference by being a company-minded thinker and strategist. I am always looking to learn new things and get involved in different parts of the business, because I believe experience is the most valuable thing we can gain at work. I am of the mentality that hard work pays off and that the more experience you can get sooner, the better. I am an independent worker who takes initiative when an issue arises and does not sit on my hands waiting to be told what to do. I enjoy working in team environments as well and sharing knowledge to help develop one-another\'s skills. I am a huge Chicago sports fan (especially Da Bears) and a fantasy football fanatic.
