Senior Software Engineer and Technical Lead with Java development experience in support of enterprise scale software development initiatives. As an individual performer and team/technical lead, I have participated in all phases of project leadership and development, with all levels of users and management.* Developed Resale Listing Ingestion web services adding $1 Billion in revenue by enabling millions of resale tickets to be sold by Ticketmaster.* Enhanced Resale Listing Ingestion so that external inventory can be sold by Ticketmaster (Third Party Inventory), Ticketmaster inventory can be sold outside of Ticketmaster (Open Ticket Exchange) and Ticketmaster can sell tickets for non-Ticketmaster events (Third Party Events).* Enhanced Resale Listing Ingestion for the revamp of NFL Ticketing, including the SeatGeak NFL OptOut Ticket Exchange, Third Party Primary Events for MLB increasing revenue by $40 million and Third Party Packages for the NFL adding an additional $6 million in revenue.* Led the modernization of Resale Listing Ingestion, reducing latency by 50% and critical incidents by 66%. This resulted in an enhanced fan experience and a reduction of the engineering support required in production.• Migrated Liferay Portal from a monolithic architecture to a modular architecture that allowing customers to tailor their installations for their specific needs using fewer computing resources.• Key engineer on the greenfield development of the Galileo Web Services at Reed Elsevier.
