About Phil Jones

Phil entered the real estate business in 1968 after returning from service in the U.S. Army and a 14 month Vietnam Tour. In the course of his career he has earned the GRI designation as a graduate of the Realtor Institute, has served as a Director of the Sacramento Association of Realtors, a Director of the Long Beach Association of Realtors where he served as President in 1993 and he is a Director Emeritus of the Pacific West Association of Realtors and served as it\'s President in 2010. He has been a Director of the California Association of Realtors in excess of 20 years and was a 2012 Regional Chair and Vice Chair of Strategic Planning and Finance in 2015 and a member of the Executive Committee of that organization and has been honored with the prestigious Honorary Director-for-Life designation. He is a Member Emeritus and a Director of the National Association of Realtors. He is also a Golden R member of the NAR\'s President\'s Circle, who are Major Donors to the association\'s \'Realtor Party\', a non-partisan group which promotes homeowner\'s rights. He is also a member of the RPAC Hall of Fame. In practice, his firm consistently ranks as one of Coldwell Banker\'s Top firms nationally in production, annual recipients of the prestigious Chairman\'s Circle award. The firm houses 345 sales associates and 5 offices in the Greater Long Beach marketplace. He is a Director and former member of the Leadership Cabinet of The Greater Long Beach Chamber of Commerce.
