Since I joined Scovan, PadX has scaled into a truly industry-changing program, growing program revenue more than 20x, securing projects with multiple major SAGD producers, and successfully executing on over 150 well pad modules. Today, PadX is recognized as a streamlined, modular approach to well pad execution—one that clients trust to provide exceptional value, optimize schedules, and operational efficiency.I lead client engagement, procurement risk management, and execution strategy for PadX. My role spans everything from aligning manufacturing schedules with sales expectations to navigating the complexities of long-lead inventory commitments. I work closely with our mechanical and electrical drafting teams to ensure accurate, standardized, and scalable designs while balancing customization requests from clients.Our execution model follows a manufacturing line-style process, continuously refining inventory and workflow strategies. I’ve been involved in improving our inventory management system, implementing structured part numbers, and collaborating with vendors to standardize procurement. While lean adoption is always challenging, I push for continuous improvement, working alongside our Ponoka team to streamline processes.The growth of PadX has also reshaped how the SAGD industry views modular well pad construction. We’ve gained the attention of the largest SAGD producers, and our continued execution excellence is the key to solidifying PadX as the industry standard.To drive awareness and alignment, I host monthly and quarterly presentations on PadX for both external clients and internal teams, ensuring stakeholders understand our approach, execution, and ongoing improvements. I also lead site and facility visits and consortium meetings to ensure alignment between PadX execution and client expectations.The momentum we’ve built with PadX is just the beginning, and I’m excited to continue driving its impact forward.
