About Phil Henderson
I am a licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina and South Carolina providing strategic guidance to community association board members, real estate investors, homeowners, and tenants in the Charlotte metropolitan area. A North Carolina native, I graduated from Appalachian State University in 1985 with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and worked in business for several years. In 1990, my wife and I opened a real estate company to manage rental properties on the side. This grew into a full time business. At the request of many clients, and after obtaining the proper designations, we began managing homeowners associations. Today, Henderson Properties offers real estate sales, community association management, rental property management, and renovations and maintenance services. As President of Henderson Properties, my personal goal is to fulfill the Henderson Properties mission of offering premier personalized services to owners, investors and tenants in the Greater Charlotte Region and the surrounding counties of Union, Cabarrus, Gaston, York, Lancaster, and Iredell. Professional Affiliations • Member of Community Association Institute- Earned the Certified Manager of Community Associations and the Association Management Specialist designation. Nationwide there are fewer than 500 Community Association Managers with the AMS designation. • National Association of Rental Property Managers; Better Business Bureau; Charlotte Chamber; North Carolina Christian Chamber, Entrepreneur’s Organization (Charlotte).
