Resourcing planning duties include sourcing both internal and external Safety Critical Staff, Lead Engineers, Labour Teams and planning their works in line with the Staff Fatigue, the Site Work Roster, Competency Levels and RAG assessments with regards to site works. Line Manager to 6 Internal Safety Critical Staff based at Nottingham and is the single point of contact with all AECOM Sub-contractors. As first point of contact with Subcontractors holds monthly meetings with regards to safety issues and forward planning of work banks. Liaises daily with Senior Project Managers and holds weekly resource meetings. Also responsible for liaising with clients, subcontractors and third parties representing AECOM and at planning (PL56) and PICOP meetings. Liaises with Internal and External Managers to gain access to remote and complicated sites.
