Long before joining HNTB, I built a strong foundation across retail operations, accounting, audit, and compliance — experiences that taught me discipline, accuracy, and how good processes support good people. Along the way, I learned to value clarity, accountability, and the importance of building trust through every interaction.When I first set my sights on HNTB, I applied three times over several years. Each time, I received candid, constructive feedback about the experience I still needed. Rather than discouraging me, that guidance fueled my development and strengthened my resolve. By the time HNTB welcomed me on my third attempt, I had accumulated the technical depth, leadership experience, and perspective needed to make a meaningful impact.Over nearly 20 years at HNTB, I’ve had the privilege of growing with the firm — helping transform a one-person audit function into a trusted, collaborative, and high-performing Assurance Services organization.
