I am an Executive Vice President and Industrial real estate specialist at Colliers International’s Fairfield/Walnut Creek office. I specialize in the sales and leasing of industrial product in the Bay Area with an emphasis on institutional Landlord & Tenant representation, investment property analysis, acquisition and disposition, land sales, industrial development, and build-to-suits. I have been involved in the Bay Area industrial real estate business for 37 years and knowledgeable in all facets of industrial brokerage, analysis and development. My geographic focus is between Oakland and Sacramento.I began my real estate career at Cushman & Wakefield and joined Colliers International in as one of the Fairfield office\'s founding members. I was a Managing Partner at Colliers for 22 years. I have been a member of SIOR for over 25 years, and I have developed several industrial properties and acquired existing buildings for my own account over my time in the business. I’ve been involved in real estate transactions cumulatively valued in the billions and continue to be a consistent market leader in the Northern Bay Area.
