The ADAPT Council is an agricultural industry represented organization helping the sector respond to emerging issues and mentoring agri-entrepreneurs transform their business ideas into commercial success. Since Phil has managed a series of far reaching programs on behalf of the PEI ADAPT Council and Agriculture Canada. These programs have invested over $12 million in innovative projects that are helping agriculture and agri-food producers respond to emerging issues and develop new ways of doing business. Today, Phil is creating a network of mentors who can help those in the farm and food sector become more resilient to climate change and make the necessary transitions that lead to reducing the impacts conventional systems have on our climate.
