About Phil Dangello
From a young age, I’ve been fascinated by how money moves and grows. That early curiosity led me to study Economics and Mathematics at Penn State (WE ARE!), where I focused on money and banking and served on the advisory board of the student-run Penn State Asset Management Group. After college, I began my career supporting financial advisors behind-the-scenes, where I learned that true financial planning goes far beyond picking investments: it’s about building personalized, holistic strategies that help individuals and families reach their goals. Whether that’s planning for retirement, preparing for college savings, maximizing tax efficiency, or simply gaining clarity and confidence with finances, there’s no one-size-fits-all solution. As a Financial Planner with Opus Financial Partners, my mission is to help provide peace of mind through thoughtful, tailored planning. Outside of the office, I enjoy life with my wife, Mary, and our dog, Donna. We like to take advantage of all the outdoor activities our beautiful state of Montana has to offer including fly fishing, hiking, hunting, and camping whenever we can, along with serving our local church and community. Come football season, you’ll find us cheering on the PSU Nittany Lions and Montana State Bobcats!
