I have a proven history of completing technically complex product implementations within short development windows. These efforts have consistently been on time, within budget, while clear traceability ensured client requirements were delivered effectively the first time. I am proficient in using Agile (Kanban, Scrum or SAFe) as well as traditional Waterfall development methodologies. My diverse background in Sales, Marketing, Product Development, Project Management, and Quality Assurance allows me to view projects from a holistic viewpoint and anticipate and proactively address issues that prevent projects from moving forward. I have trained and lead onshore and offshore teams, creating unified testing processes that reduce defects and their associated costs before the client began UAT testing. I have evaluated potential corporate acquisitions and developed feature overlap and risk-benefit analyses.
