As Head of FP & A, I have overseen the development and improvement of the monthly reporting and planning cycles bringing new insights to the Exec team. I was a key member of the senior leadership team executed the sale of the business from Bain Capital to Apax Partners. This included key engagement with advisors (Banks and DD) as well as presenting to bidding parties in the final stages of the transaction.Post transaction, my main focus is now on using what I have learned during the M&A process to bolster our reporting through better systems and processes to ensure that reporting to the new shareholders is as efficient and meaningful as possible.
