ABOUT PHIL COOK
Phil graduated from the UEL in 1997 where he achieved a 1st class honours degree in Product Design (Bsc.) Phil\'s first job was with a company called Origin Product design where his duties involved designing multiple products for the pharmacutical sector. In Phil joined a company called Retail Design Solutions where he designed, managed and produced retail layouts for Tesco, following a six year period at RDS Phil then joined Tesco in 2004. Phil joined Tesco as a WL2 retail planner for the extra format, he was always keen to take on new milestone projects and was focused on his own personal development. In 2006 Phil was promoted to WL3 where he managed the extras retail planning team. In 2011 Phil was asked to lead the retail planning department and was also selected to carry out options 3-4 after successfully completing the course in 2012 Phil was promoted to development director. Phil now leads the delivery and maintenance for the UK business as the property delivery director.
