I have the privilege of getting to lead a team of great people in the pursuit of a simple shared goal - to be THE recruitment partner of choice for Accountancy, Finance, Sales & Marketing professionals and the companies across NI that hire them. We are a team that lives and breathes the values we put out there. We strive for excellence in our processes and methods, we seek to build genuine relationships with our customers and when we say we take a long-term view, we mean it. We aren\'t afraid to have the difficult conversations when they are in the interests of our customers and we look for opportunities to explore creative solutions to the challenges our clients face - we aren\'t about trying to force square pegs into round holes. When I\'m not in the office I can most commonly be found pounding the pavements in my quest to be NI\'s answer to Mo Farah, standing up for the Ulstermen down at the Kingspan or spending time at home with the family.
