   Develop, oversee, refine and enforce the policies of a non-profit planning and community development corporation that has built and operates over units of affordable housing for low-income seniors and families in San Francisco including Veterans Commons, Mary Helen Rogers Senior Community, 201 Turk Family Apartments, and the iconic International Hotel, among others. Advocate on behalf of housing, transportation, safety, and open space needs of the area\'s low-income residents. The organization is now embarking on an effort to convert some of the city\'s public housing into non-profit operated housing with more intensive resident services.
