Thanks for stopping by! Delighted to meet you. I\'m Phil - a Chartered Doctor of Engineering with a very broad technical background. These are a few of my favourite things- Espresso- Finding out about new technologies- Meeting new people- Innovating and solving problems- Catalysing a teamMy best days are those when all five happen at the same time! I learned how to achieve this from the best in the business at Cambridge University, spent some time putting that into practice at Iprova, and I\'m now learning to truly walk the walk at a small startup, Full Matrix.My academic research has been widely published, my inventions have been patented and exploited by multinational companies, I\'ve managed large complex projects, and overseen diverse portfolios of hundreds more, developed and grown strategic partnerships and key accounts with large and small enterprises, designed and delivered training material for undergrads, post grads, and professional engineers, and generated new business for complex services and enterprise software.If you\'ve got this far and you\'re still reading, the chances are we\'d have a really interesting discussion.
