ABOUT PHIL CASTANG
Cultural manager with a 25 year track record of creating and leading highly successful music, arts and education projects. Formerly, director of Creative Learning and Engagement at Bristol Beacon, appointed CEO at Music for Youth in July 22. Phil is a former chair of the Music Education Council and served on the Department for Education advisory panel for the National Plan for Music Education (NPME). Phil was awarded an MBE for services to music education in the King\'s birthday honours in 2023.
