Throughout my 50 years of experience in the trucking industry, I have been fortunate to progress through many positions that in turn have helped me professionally and personally, in support of corporate initiatives designed to strengthen the brand and build strong relationships with customers. I have been acknowledged for the ability to build strong relationships with fleet customers, suppliers as well as internal personnel in design, engineering, manufacturing and safety. Using a Trusted Advisor approach, I have been customer service focused, and able to work in a team environment or independently. This includes the ability to determine, prioritize and delegate quick and efficient resolutions which retain customer trust and loyalty. It is with great pride to be a part of the trucking and truck manufacturing industry.
