Promoted to WEC Operations Integrity Manager charged with operations integrity for both legacy M-I SWACO Environmental solutions and Dynamic Pressure Management. • Direct and oversee the framework, governance, and sustaining of the Quality and HSE management systems and the product and service delivery KOP. • Serve as a significant support to HSE and quality-related performance, ensuring all function interfaces are clear and understood, all incidents are fully investigated, and that there is an embedded cycle of continuous improvement using lessons learned to revise and refine processes and QHSE Management Systems.(This covers all operational and support functions including Engineering & Manufacturing where they impact the product and service delivery or the business line-specific safety processes.)• Ensure conformance and/or compliance with both internal and industry standards while improving safety, reliability & efficiency in our products and services to our customer • Key contributor in the development of the overall QHSE & Technical Framework and establishing and implementing continuous improvement plans within PSD and cross-function. • Govern standards and practices; define and implement a structure for flawless and efficient product and service delivery • Facilitate HQ review of C and M, and HiPo incidents, and subsequent RWP closure • Preside over SQ/HSE CMSL prevention and mitigation measures development and implementation • Lead GU in incident response and recovery and lead incident investigation and validation for catastrophic, major, and high-potential incidents • Perform, consolidate, and analyze PRA and generate exemptions and MOCs as needed • Ensure training completion and compliance for the field population and assess lessons learned to identify training, policy, and procedural gaps and correct • Deploy OS Standards guidelines and best practices • Define and monitor digital performance metrics and dashboards
