As Group CEO, I have helped to grow Absolute Commercial Interiors into a leading, knowledge-led commercial interiors company. As part of my position, I’m responsible for the strategic direction and sustained growth of Absolute, In addition to finding valuable new opportunities and connections for the business. We offer a turnkey solution to commercial interiors, covering design, space planning, fit out, furniture, move management, dilapidations, and workplace consultancy. We have expanded nationwide, with clients up and down the country. We position our services in a three step approach: discover, reconfigure, deliver. Early engagement with our clients allows us to advise them on the best possible approach for their business, before they even require a design or fit out. ABOUT PHIL BROWN
I have been involved in the commercial interior fit out and furniture industry throughout my career, working at Total Office Interiors, Northside and Logic Group for a total of around 35 years, before setting up a PM business in SW France. I returned to the UK with an increased level of wisdom and experience in commercial interior design, fit out and furniture, which encouraged me to founder the Absolute Contract Interiors Group, which specialises in commercial fit outs, furniture and move management. In 2016, we rebranded the company to Absolute Commercial Interiors Ltd. which gives a more accurate representation of the services that we offer. Following my years of experience in the commercial property industry, I’ve positioned myself as a fount of knowledge, advising businesses on how to make improvements to their employee and customer experience, efficiency, productivity, recruitment, wellbeing and more. This is reflected in the approach we take for clients of Absolute Commercial Interiors. We’ve built a leading design and build company with a network of nationwide clients, all of whom have benefitted from our solutions-led services. I enjoy meeting new people to expand my knowledge and wisdom, and as a result, I’ve built a large network of insightful business leaders from various industries. I wanted to utilise this network of inspirational experts to help others, and so launched my own podcast named Should I Stay or Should I Go. Each episode, I speak with a key influential figure to offer valuable advice to professionals and businesses.
