ABOUT PHIL BRADY

I have over 30 years experience in transportation planning and engineering including data collection/analysis, highway design, economic and environmental assessments for both public and private sectors. This includes providing Development Control support to the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, Reading Borough Council and Brighton and Hove City Council through PBA’s framework agreements. Managed the City 20 project in BrightonSupports major land development projects for south group along M4 and M3 Corridors and Bournemouth to Brighton. Generally for private sector clients, but also seek to support public sector body\'s to unlock their portfolios. Two of the most current are Wichelstowe (4500 dwellings) plus employment, retail, education, leisure and open space which includes the recent improvements to Jct 16 M4 and the new jack box under the M4. Working for Wokingham and West Berks councils to consider the Grazeley Garden Settlement site for dwellings, major employment, leisure, retail, community, education and health. Supporting this project through the HIF bid process.I also have experiences working with such bodies as The Royal Parks, Homes England, Highways England and a track record of educational and health related projects having supported a number of projects through PFI and public sector funding routes. This mix of both private and public offers a unique experience and brings both sides of the development coin to play for my clients. this coupled with a broad knowledge of supporting disciplines enables me to project manage multi discipline projects including ecology, environmental, flooding and highways.
