ABOUT PHIL BOYLE
Experienced and passionate Higher Education Leader with a strong background in Business, Computing, and Motorsport Management. I currently serve as Head of School at OLC (Europe) Ltd, Governor at Salford City College Group and External Examiner at the University of Hertfordshire. Over the years, I’ve led academic programs, mentored aspiring entrepreneurs, overseen research initiatives, and maintained strong industry links to ensure relevance and innovation in education. With a Master’s in Business Management, a PGCE, and a 1st class degree in Motorsport Management and Logistics, I bring both academic rigor and real-world experience. I’m driven by a commitment to excellence in teaching, learning, and leadership across the higher and further education sectors. Now studying for a Doctorate in Education at the University of Chester. In my spare time I still compete as a rally codriver, am a keen member of the local cycling club and have recently started Spanish classes.
