ABOUT PHIL BOWLER

A highly motivated, committed and enthusiastic governance professional with a wealth of project and programme management knowledge. Possessing over 25 years’ experience of managing & governing within the project management arena, as well as previous time working at a start-up IFA and as a broker consultant. In recent years working as a Programme/ Senior Project & Portfolio Manager, Work Stream Lead & Tranche Manager on a variety of projects and large programmes within Financial Services. Successful track record of delivery on IT development, infrastructure and business change projects. Focused on achieving the right outcomes balancing scope, solution and delivery.Currently enjoying my 6th year at Warwickshire County Council where I am responsible for matters such as corporate governance, our Council Delivery Plan, our PPM tool as well as matrix management of project professionals.
