Rapleys is well known for its specialism in the Motor Trade, Petrol Filling Station and Roadside property market on a UK wide basis and this is my own specialist area and has been for 36 years. I principally get involved in valuation matters, be it rent review, lease renewal, valuation, acquisition or Expert Witness work.I was a founder member of the Property Advisory Panel created by the Retail Motor Industry Federation (RMIF) and was also a contributor to the RICS Working Party that provided published valuation guidance on the Valuation of Petrol Filling Stations. I am also a registered Expert Witness within The Expert Witness Register and The Expert Witness Directory in respect of valuation disputes and claims on these specialist property types.
