I have a financial services career spanning over 43 years working with a number of local and national organisations throughout this time. Thorntons Wealth is a financial planning business with offices in Aberdeen, Dundee and Edinburgh. The characteristics and values of our Scottish heritage are replicated in the values and character of our team; prudent, down-to-earth, hospitable, self-deprecating, but positive and outward looking, able to see an opportunity where others only see an obstacle. I work with private clients, business owners, senior executives and members of the professions, aiming to bring clarity to clients\' financial affairs by creating strategies for savings, retirement, estate planning, tax and investments to achieve their business, personal and family lifestyle objectives. Passionate about REAL in-depth financial planning I believe that this should always come before any product based advice. Proper financial planning is not intended to be a one-off exercise and this should be supported by an ongoing advice and review service - ensuring clients\' plans remain on track.
