Key Responsibilities in this current role includes, but not limited to;• Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team of hardware QA engineers and data analysts to driveefficiency and innovation in QA processes.• Developing and implementing a comprehensive QA strategy for hardware products to ensurealignment with development goals and industry best practices.• Conducting thorough test planning, execution, and analysis, leveraging advanced methodologies andtools to cover all aspects of hardware testing.• Analyzing test results and product performance data to identify trends, areas of improvement, andopportunities for product enhancement.• Establishing and maintaining a robust defect tracking and reporting system to ensure timely resolutionof issues and adherence to quality standards.• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including design, software QA, and productmanagement, to integrate QA activities seamlessly throughout the product development lifecycle,accelerating time-to-market and enhancing product quality.• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations for hardware product quality andreliability, staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies.• Organizing training sessions and workshops for the QA team to enhance their skills and stay currentwith evolving industry practices and technologies.
