Since the start of my career, I have focused on proposing solutions and solving practical problems.In my first role, as an IT intern, I supported both hardware and software, learning how to resolve technical issues and deliver excellent support.At my second company, I managed the IT infrastructure. My main responsibilities included server and network administration, firewall management, and supporting the database and ERP system. I also worked closely with end-users to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. During this time, I pursued an MBA in computer networks and obtained several certifications to enhance my skills.Currently, after graduating from the Software Engineering program at Centennial College, I am working as a Software Developer at Bursting Silver.
