As a seasoned Project and Cost Management professional with over ten years of experience, I specialize in delivering multimillion-dollar projects on time and within budget. My journey spans diverse sectors, including real estate, industrial, and data centers, where I’ve honed my skills in value engineering, contract management, and cost control. My international experience in Canada further enriches my expertise. Known for my leadership, assertive communication, and problem-solving abilities, I thrive in dynamic environments, always aiming to exceed expectations. Currently, I’m tackling the unique challenges of data center construction, bringing innovative solutions to the table.By focusing on understanding client needs and being detail-oriented, assertive, and cooperative, I’ve been part of more than four multimillion-dollar projects, delivering them on cost and on time, generating the desired results for the company, and ensuring the delivered product exceeded client expectations. My key technical competencies include value engineering, contract management, cost management, scheduling, and attention to detail. I have significant experience in real estate, multi-sector facilities, and industrial, science, and technology sectors, with a focus on data centers. My proficiency with tools like SAP, MS Project, and Sienge further supports my project management capabilities.I have worked since I was very young and, by learning to value positive and negative experiences, I became a more focused and versatile person for the job market. Starting from the bottom, I know how to value everyone around me, and I also know that a connected group goes much further in much less time. As a Civil Engineer, it is my philosophy to rethink the way we build. The world needs intelligent changes and people focused on being proactive, as we build the future every day with small acts.
