Leading and growing a large Early Years Montessori setting.Responsibilities-Oversee operations and management at Nurture Childcare in its day to day running, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, safety standards, and best practices in early years education-Develop and implement a comprehensive Montessori curriculum that encompasses various areas of child development, including practical life, sensorial, language, mathematics, cultural studies, and more-Lead a team of educators and support practitioners, providing guidance, mentorship, and ongoing professional development opportunities-Conduct regular peer and room observations and evaluations to assess the effectiveness of teaching methods, materials, and individual student progress-Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where children feel valued, supported, and encouraged to explore their natural curiosity-Collaborate with parents and guardians, maintaining open lines of communication to share updates, address concerns, and promote parental involvement in their child\'s education-Manage administrative tasks such as budgeting, resource allocation, enrolment, and record-keeping to ensure smooth operations of the nursery-Stay updated with the latest developments in early childhood education and Montessori practices, attending conferences, workshops, training and professional development opportunities.
