In charge of the WW Supply Chain Management of the GBU Silica for Efficiency Development, Operations & Teams Management, I am supervising the SC teams of 7 plants through 4 regions : Europe, Asia, North & South America. Key achievements on WW scope. Implement Global and Regional S & OP processes (Demand Management, Capacity Reviews, S & OP…) supported by a new APS software (Dynasys). Deploy Supply Chain Excellence & Best Practices through new Processes and IS tools in all regions and SC areas. Accelerate Digital Transformation through core IS solutions : e-ordering, VMI with key accounts customers, WMS, TMS, barcoding…. Develop specific IS solutions as Total Cost of Ownership software to support Costs Optimization & Strategic Pricing, Business Continuity Planning simulators dedicated to Supply Chain recovery plan. Collaborate closely with key customers for specific projects and SC initiatives. Reduce Supply Chain Costs through diagnosis assessments and execution (≥ 2 M€ / year).
