About Ashkan Yousefi

I have over eight years of work experience in product management, project management, and artificial intelligence. My mission is to create innovative and impactful solutions that solve real-world problems and improve people\'s lives. I have a strong background in engineering, entrepreneurship, and finance, with a PhD from the University of Western Australia, an MBA from Sharif University of Technology, and a fellowship from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business. I am currently a product manager at PAXAFE, a startup that leverages big data analytics and machine learning to digitize the logistic network and reduce the risk and cost of shipping. At PAXAFE, I lead the product development from initial conception to clear specifications, wireframes, and product roadmap. I work closely with internal teams, customers, and partners to gain a solid understanding of user needs, market trends, and business opportunities. I facilitate deep technical discussions and drive consensus on technology selection, legacy system integration, and pilot project launch. I also define clear, measurable goals and metrics for the internal process improvements and cost optimization. I have successfully delivered several products and features that enhance the visibility, efficiency, and security of the logistic network, such as a risk assessment platform that assigns a real-time risk index for the shipments, and an AI-driven proctoring system for the Ontario government. I use my product management, project management, and artificial intelligence skills to create value for PAXAFE and its customers.
