Leading the state’s apex forensic institution in providing scientific support to Police and Judiciary and policy advisory role to the Government. The role involves oversight of multidisciplinary divisions including Cyber Forensics, DNA, toxicology, ballistics, questioned documents, fingerprints, and narcotics analysis. The role also involves overall financial and HR management. Focused on strengthening the forensic–investigation interface, ensuring scientific integrity, ISO compliance, and timely delivery of legally robust expert reports. Working towards modernization of laboratory infrastructure, workflow optimization, and capacity enhancement across 7 regional and district units.Designing, planning and execution of new Forensics wing to the new state of Andhra Pradesh at Amaravati and also 7 new regional and other associated district units. Integrating technology-driven forensic processes with frontline policing to improve evidentiary quality, reduce pendency, and reinforce forensic science as a credible and objective pillar of criminal justice.
