Human Resources Specialist, recruiter with PhD in Sociology. Member of NASW- APA New York with more than 10 years of experience in reputable companies. I have contributed to multiple projects that involve recruiting, training, managing, and retaining talent, employee’s benefits as well as developing and implementing policies and programs. Employee\'s benefits and payroll (401)k plan. Also I collaborated with HR Department in Hiring and Retention. In addition to my HR roles, I have a strong background in Marketing and Public Relations with over 10 years of experience as a Marketing Specialist at Verizon and University of California, Berkeley. I have developed and executed B2C and B2B marketing strategies, using social media, research, and analytics to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue. I have also leveraged my bilingual skills in Spanish and English to reach and connect with different audiences and markets. My education in Communication and Media Studies, Human Resources Development, and Human Resources Management has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to excel in both HR and marketing fields. I am passionate about understanding human behavior and social dynamics, and applying my insights to improve organizational performance and outcomes.
