Fifteen years of experience writing, editing, and publishing a wide variety of technical and non-technical reports, procedures, implementation plans, white papers, user manuals, and similar materials in high-pressure, short-deadline environments for systems commands, startup companies, and internet companies. Over five years of experience using Cameo Enterprise Architect, Cameo Systems Modeler, and Teamwork Cloud to create and update executable reference and solution architectures for Department of Navy programs. Recent projects include creating and updating Navy Cloud Reference and Positioning, Navigation, and Timing Reference Architecture models and the associated documentation; performing Cloud Tech Authority Systems Engineering Technical Reviews for programs migrating to Cloud services; performing Naval Integrated Modeling Environment requirements development, decomposition, and traceability; and the review and analysis of Department of Defense and Office of Naval Research projects to identify capabilities with a technical readiness level high enough to warrant Program Executive Office funding. I use a variety of office productivity (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio, Adobe Acrobat, etc.) and modeling tools (Cameo Systems Modeler, Enterprise Architect, and Teamwork Cloud) on a daily basis to help customers and clients identify, describe, and understand their programs, relationships, associated risks, and issues that must be addressed. With extensive expertise in technical communications, electronic and information warfare, education/training, and team management I enjoy the challenge of solving complex problems and improving existing processes and procedures. I enjoy working with, and learning from, people of all ages, backgrounds, and experience levels.
