Heavy daily e-mail commucation with origin offices/agents to resolve shipment file discrepancies. Maintain client specific tracking reports. Manage ocean shipment of various modes (LCL, IPI, Door Deliveries).Duties beyond title: Performing LCL Sales Quotations and Inland Delivery Quotation. Performing FMC rate filing and accounting duties A/R&A/P.• Validation of A/R check payment from clients and processing payment in trade management system, sending weekly check pouch to corporate office, and sending out statements of account for past due invoices. Maintaining a minimum profit on each shipment handled • Validation of A/P vendor invoices with quotation/rate sheet and processing in trade management system and request corporate finance to issue check for vendor invoices
