About Jazmyne Jackson
Hello, my name is Jazmyne Jackson. I am a PGY-1 resident at Ochsner LSU Health in Shreveport, LA. In 2020, I obtained my Bachelors of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences with a minor in Spanish at Auburn University. I then matriculated into the Auburn University Harrison College of Pharmacy where I earned my Doctorate of Pharmacy in May 2023. Throughout my undergraduate and graduate studies, I have worked at Walmart as a pharmacy technician, intern, and now intermittently as a pharmacist. I am highly motivated and driven. My primary career interests include emergency medicine and critical care; however, I am deeply appreciative of the experiences I\'ve had thus far throughout my PGY-1 residency as they are molding me into a well-rounded pharmacy practitioner. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends as well as seeking out new experiences—such as cooking new recipes or traveling to different places.
