My career has been focused in the pharmaceutical industry with various roles and experiences fostering my curiosity and drive for excellence. I have been fortunate in my career to learn first-hand benefits a global and diverse culture can bring to a team.I am currently VP of Commercial Development for Biologics at Fujifilm. We strive to build solutions for our customers across the globe from Pre-Clinical to Commercialization. With our rapidly evolving global footprint we are seeking to make a difference in our customers programs for their patients. We have an agile team ready to support whatever microbial or mammalian needs you may have. Prior to my role at Fuji I was Head of Commercial Development and Marketing for Lonza\'s Cell and Gene Therapy business unit. I had a global team of people who were responsible to ensure our capabilities and offerings are well understood and valued in the market. We worked to develop the solutions to simplify CGT industrialization. Before that, I was Head of Strategy, Innovation and Value Chain Management within the Bioconjugate business unit at Lonza in Switzerland. We successfully demonstrated multiple years of double-digit growth while delivering multiple new expansions. We delivered a scalable and sustainable growth strategy to help our customers simplify the complexity.From 2016 to 2020, I was leading expansion strategies & Commercial Development for Lonza\'s Mammalian Business Unit. A specific growth project I was fortunate to lead was a first of a kind facility in mammalian manufacturing. I supported the project through startup leading cross functional stakeholder engagement. I also was responsible for setting price targets, designing new business models and training on new offerings. From 2014 to 2016, I worked in PwC’s Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences R&D group. At PwC, I was responsible for helping organizations improve R&D operations. The experience focused on leading global implementations of enterprise technology solutions tailored to improve operational and business insights and performance. I designed new forecasting methodologies, implemented a new data model, and helped train a global organization of over 500 on new business processes & systems.Prior to 2014, I had 8 years of biopharmaceutical experience focused in sales and operations. In Sales, I managed my territories of New England, NY, and the North East Canada. In Operations, I had various roles in microbial and mammalian manufacturing.
