   Responsible for the day to day relationship management of all merchant services including• Lead quarterly and yearly reviews with Merchant Service Providers, • Coordinate both the Steering and Operating Committee meetings for the Academy Credit Card. Assist in preparing the meeting presentations, partner with all the key participants (including the Marketing, eCom and Finance teams) and assist in leading the meetings for these committees. • Participate as a key player in the RFP for the Academy Credit Card. Partner with all internal departments to analyze and collect feedback and assist in selecting Academy’s next partner. • Perform monthly companywide tender analysis and partners with the Accounting and Finance teams to incorporate the analysis in the monthly Accounting reporting packet and the Finance monthly financial review. • Perform monthly chargeback analysis for all tender types, evaluate chargeback trends and opportunities and partner with the appropriate internal teams to evaluate potential process improvements. • Perform monthly interchange and credit card fees analysis and analyze trends. • Manage New Store Set Up for all merchant services including: New Merchant IDs for all merchant service providers, Gift Card IDs, set up of the Academy Credit Card, and new Station Numbers for check acceptance. Share merchant ID information with the technical teams and ensure all new stores are ready to open and accept all tenders. • Partner with finance to forecast, track, and reconcile all costs, expenses and sales for Gift Card program in both 3rd party and at ASO.
