Reporting To: Talent Acquisition Manager, Global HR Operations, Human Resources Business Partner - Hyderabad, HRBP - India & to all the Key Hiring Managers, Service Delivery Leaders.Key Stakeholders:Director – SAP ITDirector - SAP Non ITService Delivery Lead – Supply ChainDirector - Commercial Hub AnalyticsDirector - Financial Planning & Analysis (FP & A)Director – FinanceDirector – Global Technology ServicesCore Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end recruitment across diverse functions including IT, Non-IT, Finance, Supply Chain, FP & A, Commercial Analytics and Global Technology Services.Act as a strategic talent partner to hiring managers, aligning recruitment outcomes with business needs.Ensure timely closure of niche, senior, and business-critical roles through targeted sourcing and process ownership.Key Recruitment Activities:Drive talent acquisition strategy and candidate engagement through Workday ATS, Job Boards: Naukri, LinkedInConduct screening, evaluation, and shortlisting based on skills, notice period, and location preferences.Manage the complete interview process including R1 and R2 coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication.Handle compensation benchmarking, salary fitment, and secure approvals prior to offer rollout.Deliver weekly recruitment updates to stakeholders, covering:Talent pipeline statusProfile shortlistingInterview progressOffers made and acceptancesOnboarding progressAdditional ResponsibilitiesPrepare and analyze recruitment performance metrics and dashboards (MIS reports).Champion employee referral programs to enhance sourcing diversity and reach.Coordinate with HR teams for background verification and offer letter issuance.Tools & Platforms:Workday ATS: Candidate tracking, sourcing analytics, and reporting.
