Once upon a time, a wise coach told me that if you want to build “High Trust & High Performing teams”, then you have to understand the game of NFL(American Football). Hailing from an Indian sub-continent, and an ardent Cricket fan, I was a complete novice to the game of NFL. However, the words of the coach made me curious, and motivated me to learn more about the game of NFL. I’ve started learning about NFL game regulations, team makeups, and closely followed the NFL games over the past several years.Finally, I hit my “IKIGAI (sense of purpose)” moment! For a Quarterback (QB) to move the football even an inch forward, you need the complete coordination and support of - Coaching staff, Offense teams, Running backs, Wide receivers, Tight ends, Defense, and Special teams - I\'ve learned that to become, and sustain world class, one must engage with a \"diverse, inclusive, and a ONE TEAM” mindset!Hello awesome People!
