At Onto Innovation, I lead the development and introduction of Metrology products that meet customer needs while ensuring performance, quality, reliability, and efficiency. I have more than 20 years of experience in systems engineering, product support, and process development, with a focus on Opto-Electro-Mechanical systems.I excel at integrating and characterizing complex systems containing optics, electronics, mechanics, robots, and servo, as well as troubleshooting and root-cause failure analysis. I also have extensive experience in deploying and implementing manufacturing and service procedures and processes, in compliance with GMP and Lean principles. My mission is to deliver innovative and customer-centric solutions that enhance the performance and profitability of Onto Innovation and its clients.
