I am currently focusing on helping my clients, across multiple industries, migrate from on-prem to one of the public cloud platforms. I led one of the successful Value Based Health Care analytics implementations for a Leading National Health Plan in the US, where they have achieved a gross savings of ~$1.8 B over a 6 year period through this Program. This initiative was also featured in MIT Sloan as a successful case study as well as the impact through this Program was featured in multiple newspaper publications like LA Times. I also lead the engagement delivery for a regional Health Plan from Deloitte US-India offices where we had successfully implemented downstream/data reporting changes while they enhanced their core administration platform and currently keeping the ‘Lights On’ as part of a Managed Services construct. Apart from client services, • I participate in end to end sales cycles across opportunities in multiple industries to grow the practice and create sales collaterals (capability decks, go-to market strategies, placemats, etc.), leveraging my strong Power Point presentation skills, in the Systems Engineering/Service Delivery Optimization market offering that I am associated with. • I also focus on Sales Excellence initiatives, working with Senior Leaders in the firm, in an endeavor to better overall Sales for the firm. Some key activities include facilitating Manager and Leadership trainings, analyzing the firm financials (such as Sales, Revenue, Pipeline, etc.) and coming up with the required insights, running special sales campaigns, etc. • I lead the L&D for the Life Sciences and Health Care community in India, where we have an outreach to over practitioners. Through this forum, we look at continuous modes of learning for our practitioners to better comprehend Business and successfully deliver projects.
