Hello, my name is Nicole Phaneuf. I am a Premium Enterprise Support Specialist at Esri, where I have the opportunity to support Esri customers worldwide with the usage, configuration, and performance of ArcGIS Enterprise and related technologies.I discovered GIS during my sophomore year of college working in a geology-focused research group where GIS was needed for one of our projects. I had never utilized GIS software but was able to teach myself the basics. As I learned more about GIS, I quickly shifted my career focus to the geospatial sector. While at university, I had the opportunity to intern with Tyler Technologies, where I became familiar with ArcGIS Enterprise, which was the catalyst for my current role. I greatly enjoy working with GIS and ALWAYS learn something new every day!
